Every time your puppy breaks a house rule, he should be reprimanded with a sharp "No!" and shown the proper behavior. This is to be applied on all aspects of dog training, such as chewing on his toys instead of your shoes and house breaking. The quickest way that a dog learns the rules is when they are enforced without fail. You will be saving a lot of time and effort when you have a good and consistent training.
